DARTMOUTH AFC remain in a sticky patch in the Devon Football League following a 3-0 defeat to Plymouth Marjon.
Robbie Bowker’s men have won just one of their last eight in all competitions which has counter-acted their rise up the tables at the turn of the year.
They are currently on 40 points in sixth whilst Marjon sit fourth with 46 points to their name- leaders Alphington are looking strong on 59 points.
Elsewhere in the DFL, two struggling teams crossed paths with two high-flyers and the results both went to form. Rock-bottom Ipplepen Athletic fell 3-0 at the hands of Exeter University whilst Alphington edged out Bere Alston United 2-1.
Looking ahead now and Dartmouth just have a trio of games left to play. March ends with a visit from Budleigh Salterton at Longcross before they head to Appledore and Marjon in the early stages of April.
