A Woolwell woman who allegedly failed to provide a breath sample following a collision is due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

Michelle Rowe, of Church Park Road, was driving along Woolwell Road on Sunday, August 16, when her car was involved in a collision with motorcyclist Darren Heard outside Bickleigh Down Church of England Primary School.

Mr Heard received serious injuries and Ms Rowe is charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and causing serious injury by careless or inconsiderate driving.
