A 46-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in Keyham, Plymouth, on Wednesday.

A woman in her 50s was found with serious head injuries at the property in North Down Crescent around 5.30pm. She remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Thomas Hodge, of Park Avenue, Devonport, is due to appear before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court today, 10 February.
