Dartmouth Patients Participation Group has designed a survey of patient opinion which will help the local GPs understand better the needs and concerns of patients. 

The survey is open to all local patients and takes no more than five to ten minutes to complete. Closing date for responses is Tuesday, January 15.

This survey is anonymous and does not ask for any personal information. To participate, patients can follow the link on the Dartmouth Medical Practice website or Facebook page or click here.

The Patients Group plans to make the results available in a public report. Patients views and suggestions will form the basis for the next joint Dartmouth Medical Practice-Patient Participation Group Action Plan.

Dart Patients has said the larger the response, the more valid the survey, so it is urging patients to complete the questionnaire as soon as possible and not miss the deadline.
