Some Totnes travellers are being affected following the train crash between Salisbury and Andover last night.

17 people were reported injured and about 100 evacuated by the fire service. The driver had to be freed from his cab.All trains through Salisbury are expected to be cancelled until late on Thursday.

Both Great Western and South Western trains are involved.

Totnes passengers heading towards London are being advised to use GWR services into Paddington rather than the Exeter St David's to Waterloo route which passes the affected part of the network at Salisbury.
