The Kingsmen are looking for new singers if you want to be a part of their barbershop chorus.

John Morris, The Kingsmen, said: “If you are male and looking for a new experience in singing and have sung in a choir or other chorus then why not try four-part harmony singing with the 50-strong International Barbershop Harmony Chorus, the Kingsmen, based in Kingsbridge.

“Even if you have not had experience in singing you can come along and join in the fun and try it out. There are four voice parts - bass, baritone, lead and tenor, so you are bound to find a range that is suitable for you.”?They are holding open evenings during September, so you can go along on any Wednesday night, starting at 7.30pm, at the Kingsbridge Evangelical Baptist Church, 41A Fore Street, Kingsbridge, TQ7 1PG, or you can contact our musical director Roy Hann on 01548 856528.
