The Aegean Odyssey is on the River Dart today.
Arriving at 7am this morning, the cruise ship is visiting Dartmouth for the day at the town’s mid-river mooring for the third consecutive year.
Owned and operated by Voyages to Antiquity, the vessel has had a 40-year working life.
It was originally built as a Greek ferry, before subsequently undergoing a conversion to a cruise ship in the 1980s.
She now carries 350 passengers eager to understand more about the history and culture of the areas they visit, which is enhanced by onboard lectures and local tours.
The Aegean Odyssey will be here today on Thursday, June 21, before leaving for Honfleur at 5pm.
