STENTIFORD Hill in Kingsbridge will be closed for five days from next Tuesday, for DCC to carry out ‘cyclic works’.

Kingsbridge Town Council received notification that Stentiford Hill will be closed between Tuesday, November 1, and Saturday, November 5, inclusive, for Devon Country Council to carry out ‘Devon Highways cyclic works’.

The alternative route that has been suggested from Loddiswell is to turn right at Sorley Cross on the A381, then turn left at the Churchstow roundabout - Palegate Cross - and come down Hospital Hill on the A379, or cut through the road that passes near Darky Lane.
