Hello Dartmouth, your foodbank story was mentioned in the Kingsbridge & Salcombe Gazette last week.

I also noticed that the Chronicle front page said there was strong oppostion to the foodbank in Dartmouth as it would damage the tourist industry.

Is this for real? If so, is this the view of a single maverick that has been blown out of proportion?

If this was an accurate Dartmouth story, then I think the greater threat to the tourist trade is the image of a town run by people with no spark of humanity.
