Win yourself £100 by naming a block of retirement flats being built in the heart of Totnes’ historic town centre.

Churchill Retirement Living gained planning permission for the controversial development on the former Budgens store off Fore Street in October last year

The developer is replacing the supermarket with 42 sheltered housing flats in a two and three storey complex.

The plans also include retaining 25 public spaces in the existing on-site car park and the provision of two independent retail units.

Churchill’s is now calling on locals to name the new development and win £100.

The closing date is April 30.

To enter, send your suggested name and the reason for it, plus your contact details to Free post, Churchill Retirement Living, Totnes Naming Competition, or by email to [email protected]

The developer said to bear in mind Churchill’s development names always end in ‘Lodge’.
