In this week’s Kingsbridge & Salcombe Gazette, we lead on a story about a planning application for a proposed extension of a manure store has raised concern among nearby residents about about the effect it could have on their clean water supply.

Our picture story is of crew members from Hope Cove Lifeboat after they had received oxygen tank resuscitation training in order to better serve casualties.

The crew recently acquired oxygen cylinders for use with the people they rescue, but were unable to use it until they were properly trained.
