The same thing happens in our area of the South Hams. Inconsiderate dog walkers. Only this morning I found a poo bag placed on our wall. I would place rubbish as well in the same category. Time and again I have found rubbish on the ground very near a rubbish bin. Let's get dog owners educated in clearing up after their dogs. When they buy their dogs, this is when they should be taught the fundamental aspects of clearing up after your pet dog. Poo bags are inexpensive. I speak as a dog owner.
