THE Kingsmen, with special guests Panache, held a concert at Kingsbridge Community College to celebrate the Kingsmen’s 25th Anniversary.

The show format was inspired by Roy Hann, music director, founder and honorary life president of The Kingsmen and was deemed a huge success by the very enthusiastic and capacity audience.

The story from the early beginnings of the chorus in the Crabshell Inn, Kingsbridge back in 1991 to the current day was excellently narrated by Martin Hallam who is also an honorary life member of the Kingsmen. He did a fantastic job of also entertaining the audience between acts with his witty comments and anecdotes.

The concert was followed by an ’afterglow’ at the Crabshell Inn for all the singers and their family and friends. The Kingsmen would like to thanks the Crabshell Inn for their support over the past 25 years and for their continued support and sponsorship.

The Kingsmen are now busy rehearsing their Christmas repertoire in readiness for their Christmas concert at Kingsbridge Community College on Sunday, December 11, at 7pm with their special guests, the award winning ’Glorious Chorus’.
