As a long time resident of Dartmouth, I have to say your speculative headline about buskers in the town gardens demands a response.

My wife and I frequently visit the town gardens and only rarely found buskers but on those occasions have found they added to the general ambience.

I can only hope that your headline was made solely on the basis of a poor news week.
