We all look forward to the regatta here in Dartmouth – it not only brings thousands of visitors, who all the businesses in the town welcome with open arms, it also brings the fair,
the marquee, the cheapjacks, fireworks and air displays.
I am just so very saddened to report that some mindless idiot took it upon himself to kick the wing mirror off my lovely new car.
This has devastated me – I know it’s only a car and it can be fixed, but my car has very special sentimental value to me.
Why do it? What do you achieve? Are you showing off while being totally intoxicated to your mates?
Well, I just want you to know how devastated it’s made me feel. I have more respect for myself and people’s property and possessions. I would never, ever lower myself to your level and do anything like that. That makes me feel better in a way, that I’m not a lowlife like you.
Mindless vandalism, here in our lovely town, which to me, now, isn’t quite so lovely – it’s making me want to leave totally and start afresh somewhere else. So, so sad.
