A man has been charged with causing almost £11,500 of damage to a property in Dartmouth.
Matthew Jonathan Foxwell, 48, of Newcomen Court, Oxford Street, Dartmouth, appeared before magistrates in Torquay on Thursday, July 14, charged with causing £11,469.54 damage to a property belonging to S Tozer Construction in Oxford Street.
The case was adjourned to Thursday, July 28, at 2pm in the same court, when Foxwell is expected to indicate a plea to the charge.
