A WOMEN’S choir based in Ipplepen is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a charity concert in Totnes.
Unity in Sound Community Choir will perform at KEVICC Ariel Theatre on Friday, March 27, at 7.30pm, with doors opening at 6.45pm.
All profits from the event will be split between Rowcroft Hospice and Devon Air Ambulance.
A non-audition women’s choir, Unity in Sound boasts around fifty members, with a mix of ages, life stages and backgrounds.
Led by its musical director, Leah Sanders, with a little help from dad, Andy, the choir performs regularly in and around Newton Abbot, including sets at Ippletipple and Abbfest.
Refreshments will be on sale and there will be a raffle.
‘We would be thrilled if lots of people from our community could join us for an evening of entertainment to celebrate ten years of Unity in Sound and support these invaluable local charities’, the choir said.
