Richard White, of Above Town,Dartmouth, writes: Once again many congratulations to all involved in organising the marvellous Dart Music Festival. We managed to sample 26 different acts with blue skies and sunshine every day. A couple of thoughts for the future. A traditional jazz band playing on the bandstand during the afternoon – perhaps have the band arrive New Orleans-style by marching through the streets. Have one or two solo entertainers performing on paved areas, all adding to the great atmosphere. By the way there was no seating this year at Bayard's Cove Fort. Why not? We were told, to the effect, too much trouble. It never has been a problem before. Bayard's is perfect for seating with standing at the rear. Don't forget there are people who need to sit.
