Marilyn and Brian HILL, of Kingsbridge, write: We have only been in Kingsbridge just over two years and we joined Kingsbridge in Bloom almost immediately. Joining and working with this amazing and enthusiastic group of volunteers has opened our eyes to the amount of ­planning and work involved to help make Kingsbridge the beautiful town that it is. We both feel we have gained more from working with this lovely group of people than we have given. They still need more ­volunteers, particularly now that the stakes are raised, as we have now been entered in the national category of Britain in Bloom.
