Ivybridge Colts 58,
Plymouth Argaum Colts 5
Ivybridge came into the game with a strong start scoring two tries in the first 10 minutes, the first by Dan Skeemer and the second by Nathan Davies.
Both tries were converted by Jay Toogood.
Ivybridge then upped their tempo further by scoring a try which was run in straight from the restart by Sam Parr.
Argaum upped the pressure on Ivybridge after this, using the hill to their advantage and pinning Ivybridge in their half.
Their efforts were rewarded when they got themselves a hard-earned try to make the score 19-5.
Following a knock-on from Argaum in the restart, Ivybridge took advantage by moving the ball out wide to Sam Parr for another try in the corner.
Following this try, another line break from a hard-running forward gave Parr a hat-trick following some clean hands from the backs, leaving the score 29-5 at the break.
Ivybridge came back into the game after half time with their foot even further on the gas, scoring five tries within 10 minutes of the second half, leading to Argaum making the decision to concede the match.
Tries in the second half came from Luke Austin, Owen Garner, Sam Lillie and two from Will Lamont, both of which were converted by George Rogers.

Ivybridge U14s 20,
Stonehouse Sharks 12
Ivybridge prevailed by four tries to two in this engrossing encounter at the Rutt in Ivybridge.
A combination of forward power and penetrating runs from the backline was enough to see off a spirited Stonehouse side.
In glorious autumn sunshine, the game was played a considerable pace.
Having withstood some early pressure, Will Rogers kicked intelligently into space, forcing Stonehouse deep into their 22. A clearance was brilliantly charged down by Josh Holt who capitalised to score in the corner.
The rest of the first half was evenly balanced, with the superior work-rate of the Ivybridge forwards giving their team the edge over the Sharks.
After half-time the forwards continued to lead the way, with hard tackling and counter-rucking by Hamish Harris being well supported by George Shirley and Ewan Stephens.
Several phases of controlled, aggressive forward play led to Ewan collecting the ball 10 metres out and driving home.
Just as they looked to be taking control of the match a couple of mistakes crept into Ivybridge’s game.
Knock-ons and needless infringements led to two quick Sharks tries and suddenly, with the conversion, the Plymouth side edged in front and Ivybridge were rattled.
Lesser teams may have crumbled but the leaders within the Ivybridge team stepped up to the plate.
Archie Bryan burst through a gap and released Cameron Howley, who scored in the corner.
In the final minutes Ivybridge scored again – picking and driving effectively they created space for Finn Taylor-May to extend the Ivybridge lead.
This was a solid win and while there are still areas that need work, the reigning Devon champions overcame a significant threat from a dangerous Sharks side.
