The Jungle Book provided the inspiration for a stunning dance routine by Upper Key Stage 2 children who took part in a community gym and dance show.

Twenty-one children from Stowford School participated in the Ivybridge Learning Community Gym and Dance Show, on Tuesday, March, 6. Thirteen different dance and gymnastic routines creating during PE classes and after school clubs were performed by 219 Key Stage 1 and 2 children from across the community.

A spokesman for Stowford School said: “Parents, friends and family packed the performance hall and were enthralled by performances full of variety, colourful costumes and amazing talent in both gymnastics and dance. Thanks must go out to all the pupils and staff involved for their hard work, creativity, energy and passion to produce such a spectacular event.”
