Steve Broadhead, Letters, February 28, stated he had inquired at a few holiday letting agents for winter availability and rental rates but the owners were not interested.

Unfortunately, he did not contact us here at Dartmouth Holiday Homes where some of our owners currently have guests staying for two-three months at favourable rates.

We find that many of our owners are happy to follow this route in winter months.

So next year, Steve, please contact us.
