After reading James Heaven's rather verbose and arrogant letter, I hope, as before, the harbour board rejects this silly proposal. When I had rib powerboat, I found Starehole Bay ideal, as many do now. Logically, if skiing is allowed within the estuary, so should jet skis and powerboat racing, which is of course absurd. All are high-speed craft. Water skiing speeds are way beyond the present levels for harbour safety and enviromental protection.
