UPDATE: The Start Bay Inn have confirmed that the diversion is OPEN! The diversion through the car park is for light vehicles. We have had reports that the diversion through the car park at Torcross is still not open, despite assurances that it would be completed on Tuesday.

We are awaiting a response from Devon County Council, but local residents have claimed that the delay is due to materials not being ordered, or not arriving on time.

We are expecting a response from DCC tomorrow morning (Feb 19)
