This week’s Gazette highlights Salcombe Harbour Board’s decision to start taking moorings away for those who put the lives of others at risk.

Following an incident in July when two teenage girls crashed their father’s boat into two others, causing them to be thrown from the vessel as it capsized, the board is working to ensure a similar accident doesn’t happen again.
