A KINGSBRIDGE man has been fined for not telling the police he had used a smart phone as he was supposed to do under the terms of a sexual risk order.
Jason Waites, aged 49, of Skelmersdale Close, Kingsbridge, changed his plea to guilty of failing to notify the police VISOR team within three days of using the phone when he appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £90 and ordered to pay £100 prosecution costs and £36 to fund victim services.
