Councillors to discuss rules and costs of events in town’s open spaces this evening.

At Dartmouth Town Council’s full council meeting tonight, Monday, October 1, councillors will be discussing the rules and regulations to be put in place in the town’s parks and green spaces.

Also to be discussed is the pricing for events in the parks and gardens.

On the town council’s website the agenda shows these items will be discussed behind closed doors but the council has confirmed this was a mistake.

The future rules and prices in the parks and gardens will be discussed in open council for members of the public to watch.

Throughout August, Cllr Gent held meetings to consult the public before bringing in new bylaws for the town’s open spaces.
