Only in these conurbations will you find anything resembling a half-decent health service. Outside these areas we have no cottage hospitals, pitiful access to GPs, miles to go to find a minor injuries unit and an erratic bus service to get you there.
Go back to whence you came if you value your future or unless you have a well underwritten and generous health policy.
