How refreshing to read such a well articulated proposal from Phil Pawsey, in the paper recently, applying a slice of 'Blue Sky' thinking to some of the problems presently confronting the local area. It would be excellent if this could become the basis for a serious discussion involving all those for and against, hopefully in an informed, balanced and measured way.

We are desperately overdue some new ideas to confront the problems that will be challenging us all over the coming years. Well done Mr P for sticking your head above the parapet.
