Of course, plastic was and is a very helpful commodity but we must endeavour not discard it into the sea and on the land.

With regard to the EU, for the last 40 years our politicians have been sleepwalking, happy to let unelected and elected EU politicians make our laws and more or less govern us.

Since the Brexit vote politicians and the general public have all woken up with a vengeance. Not before time.
