St Petroc Church Fete in South Brent is taking place at a new location this weekend.

This year the popular and traditional church fete is in the Palstone Recreation Ground, on Saturday, July 8 between 2pm and 5pm.

The event opens at 2pm, with local choir Wild Harmony performing at 2.15pm. At 2.45pm there will be a judo demonstration by South Brent’s successful judokas, before local musicians Ukelective take the stage at 3.15pm.

At 4.30pm the raffle will be drawn, ahead of the judging of the cake competition at 4.45pm and the cake auction at 4.50pm.

All stalls will be open from 2pm, with cream teas, a barbecue and bar available along with much more. The event promises to be great fun for all the family.
