In common with the majority of people, I deplore the appalling loss of life inflicted by terrorist thugs on ordinary men and women.

How ironic that we fail as a nation to recognise the unwarranted slaughter of almost 500 innocent victims on a daily basis. Unfortunately it’s ­perfectly legal and it’s called abortion. That amounts to ­nearly 200,000 every year. How long can this be allowed to continue?
