On Sunday evening I took a stroll around the town. The waste bins everywhere were overflowing with rubbish and the seagulls were pulling out all the bags that had been stuffed in the bins.

These bins should be ­emptied more regularly. Untidiness like this will not attract visitors, nor should ­residents have to tolerate it.
