Kingsbridge Methodist Church will be open between 10am and 2pm next Monday for anyone who wants somewhere quiet to think about recent tragedies.

Over the last three months, South Hams residents have seen a number of tragedies happen across the UK, with the Westminster attack on March 22, the bombing at Manchester Arena on May 22, the attack on London Bridge on June 3, the Grenfell Tower fire on June 14 and most recently the attack at Finsbury Park this morning.

If anyone would like a place for quiet contemplation and reflection, where they can say a prayer or write a prayer to be included in the next Sunday service, the church will be open between 10am and 2pm on Monday, June 26.
