The Chillington Community Association, Chillington Methodist Church and the Youth Genesis are working towards launching a Youth Club at Chillington Village Hall.

To prepare for the upcoming training seminars, they are looking for any volunteers who would like to take part in the training and offer some time to helping the Youth Club.

They’re calling for any activity that may spike the interest of the local youth in Chillington and surrounding towns/villages, from art classes and rugby, to creative writing classes.

The training evenings will be held at Chillington Methodist Church, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, and you should be available to attend all if not most of them. The dates are as follows:

Thursday, May 3; Thursday, May 10; Thursday, May 17; Thursday, May 24; Thursday, June 7; Friday, June 15

If you think you might be able to offer some help, then they invite you to take part in the training classes so that Youth Genesis can provide you with the necessary skills and administration needed.
