Kingsbridge Show is gearing up for this year’s event, including motorbike stunts and display dogs.

Kingsbridge Show Secretary, Jen Brogan, said: “Do you fancy yourself an amateur baker? Produce the County’s most dazzling dahlias? Or perhaps you have a handsome Ram or leap to the heights on horseback? Do you have the handsomest dog with a very waggy tail?

“If any of these apply to you then there is still time to enter the Kingsbridge Show!”

This year, the show takes place on Saturday, September 2, at Borough Farm, near East Allington, TQ9 7QP.

Class entries close on the July 31 and you can enter online at www.kingsbridgeshow.co.uk or by calling Jen Brogan on 01752 896120. You can enter the dog show on the day.

The show is set to be a fun filled and exciting day out for all ages with exciting spectacles in the main ring such as Jamie Squibb and his freestyle stunt motorbikes and the wonderful Rockwood Dog Display.

Trade stands boasting tractors, machinery and cars will be there, as well as all manner of goods, crafts made locally and tempting local food and drink stalls should be all the reason you need to come along on the day.

There will be live music and a bar as well as a whole range of food available to delight the most diverse of tastes from pizza to Thai food to mouth watering hog roasts.

Children under 10 have free entry. What better way to end the summer before the new school year begins, perhaps even with a winning cup to show off to friends and family.
