The town council is running a candidate café for anyone interested in becoming a councillor.

On Thursday, May 2, Dartmouth Town Council will be holding elections to select the sixteen members of the public who will sit on the town council for the next four years.

As a local councillor you become a voice for your community, helping to develop opportunities for residents and steering the town’s direction.

Councillors are community leaders and represent the interests of the communities they serve.

The candidate café will be held in the Guildhall in Dartmouth from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesday, February 6.
