I am astonished by Cllr Gina Coles’ comments and approach to Woofstock UK that clearly brought in lots of visitors to the area.
I am astounded that a councllor would even consider trying to sabotage something that was only ever going to be good for the town.
I also cannot believe that in this day and age that the people of Dartmouth would vote for somebody as sneaky as her. It is quite obvious from her words that she has a problem with Heather Nesbitt and I find that abhorrent.
Ms Nesbitt and her partner, Carol Bevan, have worked tirelessly to get this festival off the ground and have done nothing but promote the town with various videos of all the good things in the town and surrounding areas.
You are a disgrace to your title Cllr Cole, I suggest you resign for being so out of touch with life and what is needed in your town.
We changed our family holiday from Cornwall to Dartmouth just to come to Woofstock and I know lots of other people who did the same, so there is no doubt it brought in a lot more visitors.
She must be fuming that Woofstock was an amazing success because it was – it was packed and it was full of local people and tourists and all the stalls were local businesses who I saw were doing extremely well.
I hope they do take the festival elsewhere, you don’t deserve it.
