Kingswear’s pick-up point for paper copies of the Dartmouth Hospital site resident survey has been changed from the village’s post office to the Church of St Thomas of Canterbury on Church Hill.

Residents of Dartmouth and surrounding areas are being asked to complete the detailed survey on what they’d like to see replace the town’s former hospital – including affordable key worker accommodation and a community creche.

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust and Dartmouth Town Council are behind the survey, compiled by Healthwatch.

Sainsburys on Nelson Road in Dartmouth is now also acting as a collection point for printed copies of the survey, alongside Townstal and Dittisham Post Offices;

Blackawton Community Shop; Stoke Fleming Village Hall; Townstal Spar; Dartmouth Town Council offices; Dartmouth Medical Practice; and Dartmouth Clinic.

Return of the completed surveys is via Freepost to Healthwatch.

The survey runs until December 8 and can also be accessed online at https://surveymonkey.co.uk/r/DartmouthHospital
