Just a quick note from the selfish twit, Chronicle, January 8, who lets off fireworks at 7am on Christmas morning, and has done for 20 years.
My children and many Dartmouth children know that Christmas and present opening cannot start until the ‘bang’ at 7am that signals the start of a special day.
Regarding frightened animals, my dog Roux, if stressed, likes nothing more than me reciting soothing poetry. Perhaps this would help others.
So children, remember, stay in bed until the bang on Christmas day. Same time this year.
