What a miserable town Dartmouth has become.
At Halloween, pumpkins and eggs were thrown around in the same area as the food bank.
If I am not mistaken, the age of these boys and girls would be under 16, so the blame lies with the parents.
It is hardly surprising that a few years later follows the attraction for ‘speed’ in pill, bike or car form!
So – how nice it was to see the young Sea Cadets giving up their two Saturday mornings to sell poppies.
