SUE KENDALL and SARAH DUGGAN, of Foss Street, Dartmouth, write: We recently attended the prize-giving of the Dartmouth Green Partnerships and were amazed at all the extra work the committee does. They are such a dedicated team and have such ambitious plans for the future that we felt we wanted to say thank you and congratulations publicly. Dartmouth should be so proud of all the people (the committee, individuals and businesses) who have worked so hard to secure the astonishing number of gold awards for the wonderful floral and ­horticultural displays all over town. The committee spent so much time working on our town to make it as beautiful as it has been this year and they have limited funds – they could certainly do with more. If they could afford more, the town would look even more spectacular. We can't wait to see what they come up with next year.
