SALCOMBE and Malborough Flower Club presented a cheque for £60 to Salcombe Minibus earlier this month.

Salcombe Minibus has been the flower club’s selected charity of the year.

Chairman Janis Fice said: ‘We were very pleased to support the minibus which provides such a vital service within our community.

‘We are also very pleased to announce that Salcombe Minibus has again been selected as our charity of the year for 2017.’

After the presentation, treasurer Liz Powell and volunteer Pam Bennett from Salcombe Minibus stayed to enjoy the Christmas flower club demonstration and join the members for mince pies and wine.
