A LORRY driver has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after colliding with a cyclist near Lee Mill last September.
John Noble, 42, from Plymouth, has been bailed to appear at South Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday, March 13.
The collision took place just before 11am on Friday, September 5, on the Exeter-bound carriageway of the A38, near Lee Mill.
Cyclist Chris Dennehy, who worked at Tesco Lee Mill for more than 30 years, was treated at the scene before being airlifted to Derriford Hospital. He later died from his injuries.
It is understood that Mr Dennehy rode that route to work for a number of years.
