David Oldbury, chairman of TS Dartmouth, of Church Road, Dartmouth, writes: At the risk of gaining a reputation as Mr Grumpy of Dartmouth, I have to write to say that, while I was delighted with the photograph of our smart, uniformed young people at the Dartmouth Regatta Opening Ceremony, I was disappointed that our local newspaper appears ignorant of the difference between Sea Scouts and members of the Sea Cadet Corps.
