The Dartmouth Community Chest and the Flavel Church have placed a hatstand in the church so that donors may leave a coat and those who need a coat, may take one. People will have access to the community hatstand six days a week and those who need a coat can take one without charge.

Jane Hammoudeh-Webb said: “Donors need only turn up and place a coat on the stand for those who need a coat to have a chance to get one.”
