Children from Dartmouth Preschool entertained visitors to Candlelit Dartmouth this morning as the streets began to fill up with shoppers.

On the bandstand in Royal Avenue Gardens, the youngsters sang a variety of Christmas songs much to the delight of the crowd of family and friends.

More entertainment is promised throughout the day, leading up to this evening’s lantern parade.
