I am endlessly amused by Gary Edgecombe’s inept attempts to put the boot into our excellent local MP Sarah Wollaston at precisely the moment that she is hitting the headlines for good reason.

Last time Gary was moaning about potholes when Sarah, as chair of the Health Select Committee, was making a speech in the Houses of Parliament in the assisted dying debate.

On this occasion his timing is even better.

As reported by the Gazette, December 4, she has just been named the nation’s Parliamentarian of the Year.

Keep it up Gary and you could qualify for the Foot in Mouth Award of the Year.
