COUNCIL services are now available in the palm of your hand after the launch of a new mobile website by South Hams Council. The council has designed the new website after they found a growing number of people choosing to access the its website via smartphones. Michael Saltern, district councillor for Ivybridge, said: 'More and more of our customers are choosing to use their smartphone when visiting us online.
