Marie Jones, 69, Dartmouth Athletic Club, beat her last time for a 10k run, when competing in Plymouth on Sunday, October 7. Her time of 54 minutes 30 seconds beat her previous time by a minute and 9 seconds.

Marie completed her 12th marathon earlier this year.
